Education4All Scholarship - Ebonyi State

UDOF has enrolled 15 out-of-school children into Community Primary School, Ugwu-Achara, Ebonyi State.

Ugwu-achara is a remote village in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state. The community lacks basic amenities and poverty forces many parents to neglect providing their kids with an education.

You see children who should be in school roaming the streets or scavenging waste bins.

UDOF intervened for 15 children whose parents were widowed or unemployed.

On Wednesday December 6th, we awarded them full scholarships to complete their primary education.

They beneficiaries and parents were overjoyed.

This is what gives us fulfillment at UDOF - that no child should be denied basic education.
